Two floors, primarily quartz and polished andesite.
Have not yet decided what all the rooms will be for yet, but there's a vault, a foreign exchange office (primary source for new citizens and visitors to aquire gil), and the central bank governor's office, complete with a guard. There is also a secure connection to Bank station on the Underground's Line 3.

Have to furnish (and finish the interior walls lol) and put doors up, then fill it with people.
